Abstract:
This biobibliographic study was conducted on the occasion of his 70th birthday since the birth of the scientist Ion Holban, dr. in physical and mathematical sciences. The work was designed to reflect the great variety and complexity of the scientific and politico-social activity of Mr. Ion Holban, scientist with universal-human verticality, active participant in the rebirth movement national government of the Republic of Moldova.
