Abstract

Assuming the priority of the year The library develops smart communities has encouraged the library to support the community and pay more attention to its needs. But the pandemic had an unprecedented impact on the Municipal Library “B.P. Hasdeu ”. The key role of the institution has become more vital than ever, adapting rapidly to the COVID-19 environment in a creative and innovative way, helping users to access the information and services they need. Constrained by the critical situation, the Municipal Library remained closed from March to May, although the branch network already delivered information at a distance, offered reading services to children and adolescents, learned through the Internet and other technologies families and children.
