dc.description.abstract	The year 2020 offers to the Municipal Library „B.P. Hasdeu ”the possibility to orient its agenda towards the development of intelligent communities, finding an affinity with this concept embedded in the institutional mentality - smart city. „B.P. Hasdeu” Municipal Library recognized as a smart institution, already has the necessary tools and can be efficient, sustainable, equitable, credible, interconnected to the community, assuming in 2020 a multidimensional approach that can also contribute to the creation of a smart community. These convergent characteristics constitute a new and original conceptual environment for the development of innovative services, creative products, intelligent management.	en_US
