Abstract:
The plan (developed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lidia Kulikovski, Director General of the Municipal Library, approved by the Board of Directors on May 30, 2008) reflects the actions-objectives proposed by the ML management for that time. The publication consists of five compartments-strategic priorities: Book, reading, study and culture, Library - community public service, Youth - Chisinau priority, Digital Library, Operating principles.
